My coaching is non-evaluative, collaborative, confidential, and growth-focused.
Each coaching partnership is tailored to your school's goals and may include classroom observations, model lessons, collaborative planning, reflective coaching conversations, and professional learning aligned to your curriculum and instructional priorities.

Launch Partnership (4 days)

Growth Partnership (6 days)
Everything in the 4-day cycle, plus:
Six onsite coaching days
Deeper classroom implementation support
Demonstration lessons as needed
Grade-level planning sessions
Two virtual follow-up meetings
Ideal for supporting multiple grade levels or sustaining instructional improvement over a semester.
Transformation Partnership (8 days)
Everything in the 6-day partnership, plus:
Eight onsite coaching days
Extended leadership coaching
Schoolwide professional learning session
Mid-cycle progress review
End-of-cycle impact report with recommendations
Ongoing email support throughout the partnership
